Water, as an element, is an infinite source of inspiration. The refractions and reflections of ocean currents are endlessly fascinating. In my imagination, swimmers, divers, and lovers become part of the Earth's watery world.  Sea creatures - fish, seals, turtles, rays, coral, sponges, and in this case broken eggshells - often find their way into the narrative.
